2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Website. Users under 18 may only use the Website with parental or guardian consent.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You may not share your account or use someone else’s account without permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Engage in fraud, scams, or misleading activities.
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
  • Interfere with other users’ access or Live Mall systems.

5. Store Responsibilities

Stores must:

  • Accurately describe products, pricing, and availability.
  • Fulfill orders promptly and professionally.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and Live Mall policies.

6. Platform Commissions & Payments

Live Mall collects fees as follows:

  • Product sales: 9% commission (store receives 91% after delivery confirmation).
  • Tips: 19% commission (paid via coins).
    • Gifts: 35% commission (paid via coins).
  • Payments are processed per the payout schedule; stores are responsible for applicable taxes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, logos, graphics, and code, is owned by Live Mall or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

The Website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Mall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Website or services. Our total liability is limited to $100 or the total amount you paid, if any.

Live Mall may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or other policies.
